Delete your account
In the app (fastest)
- Open TownSpec and go to Profile (the last tab).
- Under Account, tap Delete account.
- Read the warning and confirm. The account is closed at once, and the app continues on this device with a new, empty account.
By e-mail (if you cannot open the app)
Send a message to iletisim@erway.com.tr with the subject "Delete my TownSpec account" and include your account ID (Profile → Account, under the device name). TownSpec has no sign-in and we store no e-mail address or name, so the account ID is how we find your account; we reply to confirm. If the app no longer opens, reinstalling it on the same device brings the account back, so you can read the ID or delete the account in the app. Requests are completed within 30 days.
What happens, and when

What is kept, and why
- The coin ledger, in anonymised form (no identifiers), for accounting and refund reconciliation.
- A hash of the device key, so the one-time welcome gift is not granted again to the same device.
- Reports generated for an address, kept as place data for the address cell they describe; after erasure they no longer link to you.
Remaining coins are not refunded on deletion; store purchases follow the store's refund policy. Details: Privacy Policy, sections 7 and 8.

- Hesap altında Hesabı sil'e dokun.
- Uyarıyı oku ve onayla. Hesap hemen kapanır ve uygulama bu cihazda yeni, boş bir hesapla devam eder.
E-posta ile (uygulamayı açamıyorsan)
iletisim@erway.com.tr adresine konusu "TownSpec hesabımı sil" olan bir mesaj gönder ve hesap kimliğini ekle (Profil → Hesap, cihaz adının altında). TownSpec'te giriş yoktur, e-posta adresi ya da ad saklamayız; hesabını hesap kimliğiyle buluruz ve onay için yanıt veririz. Uygulama artık açılmıyorsa aynı cihaza yeniden kurmak hesabı geri getirir; kimliği okuyabilir ya da hesabı uygulamadan silebilirsin. Talepler 30 gün içinde tamamlanır.

Ne saklanır, neden
- Coin defteri, anonim biçimde (kimliksiz), muhasebe ve iade mutabakatı için.
- Cihaz anahtarının özeti, tek seferlik hoş geldin hediyesinin aynı cihaza yeniden verilmemesi için.
- Raporlar, anlattıkları adres hücresinin yer verisi olarak; silmeden sonra seninle bağı kalmaz.
